  • "Services" refers to all printing, designing, digital marketing, and related services provided through our website.

  • "Deliverables" refers to any final product or outcome resulting from the Services, including but not limited to flyers, booklets, graphics, and digital designs.


2. Scope of Services

2.1 Types of Engagements
We provide:

  • Online ordering of custom design and print materials;

  • Freelance or contractual services on a project basis;

  • Custom quotations for bespoke orders.

2.2 Agreements & Orders
Each order or custom engagement is subject to a separate invoice or quotation, outlining scope, pricing, and timeline.


3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership
Unless explicitly transferred in writing:

  • All designs, templates, and creative works remain the sole intellectual property of DiGraphics.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Deliverables for their intended purpose.

3.2 Full Copyright Transfer
To obtain full commercial rights or exclusive ownership, a separate agreement and fee must be arranged.

3.3 Third-Party Content
Where third-party assets (e.g., stock images, fonts) are used, their rights remain governed by the original license.

3.4 Use in Portfolio
We may display completed Work and Reviews in our portfolio or promotional materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.


4. Payments & Refund Policy

4.1 Pricing
All pricing is subject to change and will be clearly specified on product pages or in quotations.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before order processing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month after due date.

4.3 Refunds & Cancellations

  • All sales are final once work has commenced or print production has started.

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is materially defective and the issue is reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Maximum refund is limited to the original order value. No compensation is offered for time loss, third-party involvement, reputation harm, or professional fees under any circumstance.


5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 File Submission
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • All submitted content is accurate, proofread, and final;

  • Files are in the correct format, resolution, and free of viruses;

  • You hold all legal rights for any materials you submit.

5.2 Approvals
We are not responsible for any errors (including spelling, layout, colour, or resolution) approved by the client in a proof or final submission.


6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Total Liability Cap
Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific order.

6.2 No Consequential Damages
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:

  • Loss of income, profit, business, contracts, or opportunity;

  • Costs related to third-party professionals;

  • Reputational damage;

  • Waste of time, delay, or inconvenience.

6.3 Error Disclaimer
Even in the event of an error, omission, or fault caused by DiGraphics, the sole remedy shall be a reprint or refund of the original order value.


7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged. This does not include publicly available or independently developed data.


8. Termination

8.1 We may terminate any service or engagement immediately if:

  • You breach any terms;

  • You engage in abusive or fraudulent activity;

  • You fail to provide requested materials or approvals in a reasonable time.

8.2 Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain payable, and any license or access to Deliverables is revoked unless otherwise agreed.


9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, power failures, supply chain disruptions, or legal restrictions.


10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Initial Resolution
Parties agree to attempt informal resolution through written negotiation.

10.2 Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.


12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any invoices, quotations, and written agreements, constitute the full and final agreement between the parties.

14. Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DiGraphics.co.uk, a service by Dhairya International. We take great pride in delivering high-quality customised design and printing solutions across the UK. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

i. Customised Products – Non-Refundable

All of our products and services are custom-made specifically for each customer. As such, once an order is placed and approved for production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect design approval, or dissatisfaction with the design style after confirmation.

We strongly recommend that you carefully review all digital proofs and design approvals before confirming your order for printing.


ii. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective printed product, we are here to help. To be eligible for a full refund or reprint:

  • You must contact us on the same day you receive the order.

  • Email clear photographic evidence of the damage to info@digraphics.co.uk.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

After reviewing the provided photos and confirming the issue, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Offer a free reprint of the damaged items.

We reserve the right to deny refund or reprint requests if the damage claim is not supported by photographic evidence or if reported after the delivery date.


iii. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery through our partner couriers, delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather disruptions) are not grounds for a refund. However, we will support you in tracking your parcel and resolving any issues with our delivery partners.


iv. Design Services

For design-only services (not followed by printing), all fees are non-refundable once the initial draft or proof has been delivered to you. Design is a time-based creative service, and charges apply for the work completed, regardless of final approval or usage.

15. Shipping Policy

At DiGraphics.co.uk, we aim to make the delivery process as smooth and reliable as possible. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


i. Standard Shipping

  • Standard shipping is free on all physical products across most UK mainland addresses.

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your printed items.


ii. Delivery Times

  • Production and dispatch times vary depending on the type and complexity of the order.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided  via email once your artwork is approved.

  • Most standard print orders are delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of final proof approval.


iii. Restricted Postcodes

While we aim to cover as much of the UK as possible, there are a few postcode areas we currently do not deliver to due to courier limitations or additional shipping costs.

If your delivery address falls within a restricted postcode, we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible, and

  • Offer an alternative solution, such as delivery to a nearby accessible address or a full refund, if we have taken any payment.


iv. Shipping for Design-Only Services

Design-only services (i.e., where no physical printing is involved) are delivered digitally via email, and no shipping charges apply.


v. Delays and Tracking

  • While we try to provide tracking details when available, it is not always possible for us to issue tracking information for every order.
  • If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@digraphics.co.uk, and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier disruptions, weather, or seasonal demand).
